What we collect

  • Early-access signups. The email address you enter and, if you add it, the line about your site or hosting setup. We also keep the time of the submission, the browser's user-agent string, and a salted hash of your IP address that is used only to limit repeated submissions and cannot be turned back into the address.
  • Anonymous analytics. This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views and referrers without cookies, fingerprinting, or any identifier that follows you between sites.
  • Bot protection. The signup form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell browsers from scripts. Turnstile may set a cookie scoped to the challenge; it is not used to track you.

Why

To reply to you about early access and, when the product is ready for your setup, to tell you. Nothing else. We do not sell, rent, or share the list, and we do not add it to any marketing platform.

Where it is stored

Signups are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database in our own account, served from Cloudflare's network with primary storage in the United States. Each signup also posts a notification to a private team channel so a person sees it.

How to be removed

Email hello@wpwatchtower.com from the address you signed up with and we delete the row. If you want to know what we hold about you, the same address answers that.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies and shows no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. The only cookie that may appear is Turnstile's, described above.
